I just bought a George Fullerton 50th Anniversary 1957 Stratocaster (See http://www.fender.com/fullerton/).

Great guitar. Great sound. Great workmanship. Very light.

Anyone else has bought one?

That's a great '57. If you could give us a side view and a back view of the neck on that guitar it would be most appreciated.

As a footnote, that vintage would have been Buddy Holly's first Strat...the one pictured on 'The Crickets' title LP. The one Alain owns and which I had an original of, and the one restored by the Custom Shop was a '58 (4/58) if I have my dates correct. A replacement for the stolen guitar.

Yes Doc mine is a replica of the last one; so this one is another beauty of Buddy's early period
Always amazed by the quality of the output of the CS..

I have to ask for your patience. When I get my camera back I will make some more shots.

I noticed that

- Dennis Galuszka
- Jason Smith
- Mark Kendrick
- Todd Krause

built these guitars.

Don't know if the other masterbuilders also made some of the 150 limited edition guitars. :?:
