After a very long quest I've been able to put my hand on this quite rare model of 1999
Made by the CS while Robben Ford was still endorsed by Fender

Autographed by The Man himself

Two Seymour Duncan pick ups:
a JB at the bridge
a '59 at the neck
with a coil splitter

3 models were actually proposed by the CS:

They can still be ordered at the CS but without any reference to Robben Ford who is now endorsed by Gene Baker

The sound is as good as the look.

Hi Andy99, welcome the the site.

Does your guitar looks like one of the three hereabove?
To post a photo you need to have it on a photo storage site like Photobucket
then you copy the IMG link and paste it onto your message; just check on Preview to see if it's ok.

If it has a headstock like that it's a japanese one, produced until 1993.

That ;99 RF model has a great looking finish. I've been on a search for some of those tone/volume knobs with the "F" on them, but so far no luck.

These are typically similar to the ones used on some Fender Japan guitars like the Esprit or the Performer.

Yes, I know that, but I haven't seen just the knobs anywhere, even on fleabay. I'm looking for the creme (vintage white) coloured ones, all I see are like these :
