Last Wednesday, I became the "Proud Owner" of a
'69 closet classic Strat, Master-Built by Yuriy Shishkov
The date on to CoA shows 12/15/06 and a SN YS2017

The Strat is simply awesome, probably the best build
quality that I have ever seen or played!!

Is this a "One-Off" or a "Master-built" production guitar?
I have been unable to find any information about this
guitar??

I bought it used, I was informed this mourning that the
strings have never been replaced!!

Before I set it up for My use, I simply would like to find-out
exactly what I have?

Looks like a Masterbuilt ' 69 by YS, not a One-Off but the COA rules.
Nice indeed.

Thanks for all the Kind Replies!!!

Alain, My question about the "One-Off" relates to the fact that
the Head-Stock Decal is not Period Correct?
Hence no "with synchronized tremolo" and a few missing
patent numbers- which can be found on other reissued
models?

Also no "Skunk-Stripe"??

:?:

Alain,
Thank for posting the Head-Stock pic, I love it!!

I feel better knowing My Guitar has a sibling!!

fhopkins,
Here are some additional pics.

I restrung Her this mourning and pulled the bridge down, (yes, I am a "string bender") the intonation is very close- I need a few hours playing
time to figure-out what will be needed to adjust. This Guitar sounded
very good with year-old strings, Now- She has the very distinct Fender
Strat Growl!!

Thanks,
Zw
