Hey there people, anyone had this problem with a masterbuilt or custom shop guitar? The relief on mine is so un-even between the bass and treble side, taken it to two luthiers who said it should never have left the factory! The problem for me is if i want just a little relief on the bass side then the treble side is belly out! I cant believe that an instrument of this price shows at best this level of quality control.
Anyone have any experience of anything like this?

And hope Dale Wilson deems a new neck to be the right thing to do.

He's posting in the custom shop forum about a problem with a custom shop guitar.
I don't see why he should post in the general Strat section?

More Strat owners / expert are there in my opinion than in Custom shop.
Poeple who have some interest in Strat may not often go on Custom Shop sub forum.
I could be wrong to.

Answer will be same, return guitar back :(

Well wherever theyre reading it doesnt detract from the fact a dale wilson “masterbuilt” strat has a totally sub standard neck!! It makes a mockery of the whole custom shop thing and i feel like a bit of a fool for buying into the whole thing. And thats very much “buying into it” at £6.5k.
Its totally unacceptable!

Hey there that is some bad news. Lets hope fender CS will rectify the issue for you.
I have had a few CS guitars and have found them great guitars. The only issue I had was a pickup went dud. I contacted them via the agent they sent a new one and have to say the service was excellent.
Mistakes and events happen and it is how the manufacturer deals with these type of issues that reflects on the company as a whole..
Have you contacted them and what have they said.
Ok I see in a similar post it has been sent back... let us know how it turns out :D
