Thanks Hop,

I've tried a few effects, so far the POD X3 with some Floyd tones. My BD2 pedal just melts man, all through the BJ. I'm gonna try a few others tonight, having some great fun here :D

You need to put your ending of your vid. on the shirt contest thread! I have not seen any vid. on it yet. 8)

That would be cheating  It may well prove to be good advertising for the site, it's had a few hits already!

What rules would you be breaking? do they have a no vid. rule? I don't think you have submitted all your allowed number of pics, huh?
Could be a winner, but Ceri and Blues Bondsman are in the running. along with the rest of ya'll, don't want to leave anybody out!

You're giving me idea's here man  If I can get the mic in my cam to work, I might make another vid with the Strat. I played on the first vid I made, I played along with SOYCD. It sounded fantastic, but on the vid there was a loud buzz. Thus... I had to make another vid. On another note (no pun intended) my music teacher was here today, he spent half the lesson playing with the Strat  It was another cool jam session tho, the Tele and Strat sounded wonderful together.

CALEB, quick question, did your RELIC came with the signed book? My Relic has the exact date in the COA as yours 9/23/08, please confirm, maybe we can try and sort this serial number business out. I kind of agree with hopkins that the first number does not matter and I think that R stands for RELIC.
Please confirm and congrats on your new baby, did you give it a name yet, mine's called Darth because it looks so badass a scraped and beaten up. They really did an amazing job on it, I can understand now why it took so long to get it. I was watching the Live 8 performance of Pink Floyd and David used his strat, man!!!! they really nailed it down to a T.
All the best,
M.

Yes my Black Strat book was signed by Phil Taylor.

I have sent it off to David's management company who have agreed to get him to sign it for me as well.

Can't wait until THAT comes back!

I love my Spider Jam Blue Jsy Way, it's a lot of fun. Especially now the software is available to make good use of the SD card slot, I can now transfer all my recordings to my PC. I did some looping recordings last night, I was up until about 04:00am this morning messing around  I've had it for about six months or so, and I haven't really tried all the guitar tones available. I had it turned up about halfway last weekend, I thought I was going to blow the windows out! Powerful little amp, well worth the money. That said..... I would never part with my Blues Jnr, combine that with a good pedal... And I'm gone...... 8)

[quote="caleb"][quote="stipe_mills@hotmail.com"] mine's called Darth because it looks so badass a scraped and beaten up.

I like that thought. Mindful of the print ad Chevy used for its black Impala SS, Fender's ad might read:

"Forgive the interruption Lord Vader, but your guitar has arrived." 8)

RE:" I love my Spider Jam"

Snowy: I find that there are pitifully few sales people out there who know the insides out of this amp, and Line6 should be aware of that!! Nor does that company really do a good job of it. I went shopping for one and could never get a decent orientation. It is good to know that you can load this thing with your own stuff.

I may swap out my Crate Limo in favor of this one, and maybe they'll take my AX2 as well. I hate the thought of getting out of that amp but I need to plan for Florida and less room, It is horror show to haul around and they make a floor board that has most of the effects.

The only advantage to the Limo was 50 watts and very portable. I wish Fender would build something like that. :?

Doc

I couldn't agree with you more Doc, when I went out to get the Spider Jam, the dude in the store actually tried to talk me out of buying it! His knowledge of the amp was extremely limited. But in the end I bought it ,along with the express pedal board. The enjoyment I've had and still get, is difficult to put in to words. As a company, Line6 really need to get their act together. It was only after a great deal of presure, from the online forum, that they decided to make the software available for the SD card. I didn't say I prefered the Jnr over the Deluxe Doc, I've never tried a Deluxe :D . The only place I play is in the house, the Jnr will do me for now

Thanks for your thoughts. I put the above question thinking that perhaps you had some experience with them both and could offer a quick opinion, but this is an amp question and I'm going to take it over there later.

Enjoy your gear
