i bought a used fender stratocaster custom shop 69 with no coa...serial number r38304....stated it was a 2009...white maple...

Photos would help. If you don't me asking, how much did you pay? It's a crap shoot when buying a CS guitar without a COA, and you can't request a new one from Fender. You might want to call Fender to see what they can tell you about the guitar.

Been around fenders for forty years.. I open it up its all correct. Was wondering about the date it was made guitar looks new..was hoping some one could date it with serial number..

If it can be definitively determined that the guitar is a bonafide Custom Shop instrument, they *may* be able to assist you in securing a replacement COA.
