“I still have it (referring to the Dragon Tele), but it’s a tragic story. I went on tour with the ’59 Les Paul that I bought from Joe Walsh, and when I got back, a friend of mine had kindly painted over my paint job. He said, ‘Ive got a present for you.’ He thought he had done me a real favor. As you can guess, I wasn’t real happy about that. His paint job totally screwed up the sound and the wiring, so only the neck pickup worked. I salvaged the neck and put it on my brown Tele string bender that I used in the Firm. As for the body… it will never be seen again!

So no way to make a clone of the original one, just work from the photos.

Not unlike Jimi's Monterey Strat.
They have it... or what's left of it, but not all of the detail work can be 100% because of the missing and burned parts.

Looking at the Fender website the prices for the last two are wrong. The dragon one is mim and only 1300.

I have the American made 59 Tele Page mirrored edition on order. Should arrive next month according to Guitar Center. I couldn't afford the custom shop edition and I heard those guitars were sold before they were made. Great job the custom shop did on the Page's. I saw the guitars at the Namm Show.
