Over time, I've found a little cooler bias (18ma) not only extends tube life, but actually sounds fuller imo.

I go by ear but since my number includes screen current, it is probably around 20 or 18 ma as well.

If your Cathode current is 20 mA (per your OP), the Plate current is close to 16-17 mA.

actually, the cathode current is 22ma. I guess I subtracted the screen current in my head when I mentioned 20ma in my op. screen current is what, about 5% of cathode current?

For a 6V6, in this amp, the total grid currents (all grids) will typically be around 3-4 mA. In this case, percentage wise, that's around 14-18% of Cathode current.
