Can I use an iso box with my bdri if I remove the speaker cable from the amp and put a cable to the iso box?

No, I just bought a randall iso box (celestion speaker inside) and I wanted to know if I can unplug the speaker from the jack and just use a cable to the iso box

Sorry I don't know what is a ISO box with a speaker , any way if speaker is the right impedance for your amp ( I guess so ) you can use it as you say . You don't need to keep your amp's speaker connected .

+1

So long as the Celestion is an 8-ohm speaker there should be no issue.

FYI

ISO box = Isolation cabinet.
Speaker cabinet completely enclosed with mic inside.
Allows cranking an amp without the SPL.

I hate iso-cabs, btw.
Pointless castration of a perfectly good amp.

Much like speaker attenuators used to tame some 100-watt monstrosity into a well-mannered 5-watter.

I am in the process of setting up my ISO with my "Twin Amp". I will use the Z-Matcher to make it happen.
Be care full regarding the ohmage of the ISO speaker, Fender saw fit to castrate most of their amps with only allowing a 4 ohm TOTAL load, what were(are) they thinking?!?!? Ya, there is such a large selection of 4 ohm "Guitar" speakers and cabs......DOH. Be sure to read your manual!
There is nothing wrong with ISO's, I guarantee a lot of your favorite guitarists recorded using one.
2 cents

No, that would be your choice, as pointed out in your other thread. The amp will work just fine with an 8 ohm speaker load. The "warning" about 4 ohms is about getting the most power (clean) from the amp, nothing more. Just check out all of the threads here about impedance mismatches blowing amps......oh wait, there are exactly none.

Here is a page from a tube data sheet showing power out of a tube across a range of load impedances. Note the peak output power closely coinciding with the least distortion, which occurs in the "matched" impedance range. Above or below this "matched" impedance, the output power drops off.
