For how long will i be able to push a JBL D130f through a Fender Blues Deluxe with volume on 7?

I have read so many different wattages on this speaker online, it's crazy.
Some people say 30 watt, some 75? Guy on pedal-steel forum said 150 watts.

The original D130F was spec'd for a maximum of 35 watts continuous program material. Harvey Gerst, the JBL engineer who designed the "F" series JBL's for Fender, would later amend this parameter to 50 watts for general guitar and PA applications. If you intend to really push one of these speakers, they'll fare better in a sealed-back bass reflex enclosure. The extra acoustic loading afforded with this type of cab helps to prevent excessive cone excursions, one of the primary causes of failure.

So the K130 would be a better choice here?

K130 is basically a D130F but much much more power handling?

I was eyeing a E130 aswell, but they are rather rare.

The K-series speakers were based on the original D-series speakers but with enhanced survivability (ie: double the power-handling capability). The standard alnico D-series basket was mated to the ceramic E-series coil-and-cone assembly. Factory-original D130F's are now extremely rare -- most have long ago been re-coned using the E-series kits. Original D-series cones can be identified with a white "21057" ink-stamped on the back side of the diaphragm. Absent that, it would be a foregone conclusion that the speaker is a re-cone (likely done with E130 parts).
