Hi guys. Thanks for all the ideas and thoughts. It is not a jack issue (refer to descriptions in videos and previous posts). Weak inputs were common on the 90's Blues Deluxe models but have been fine mostly on the newer ones. I believe this to be a 2012 model.
It also has nothing to do with channel switching as the problem (and voltage irregularity) exists on both clean and dirty channels.
The tech reworked all of the solder joints on all three boards so I am sure the solder crack possibility has been eliminated. I specifically alerted him to the 5-watt resistors but have not heard anything yet. I'll keep posting for future readers.

Here's a link to something that may help you. Way back there was this guy Justin Holton who wrote a paper on the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and all it's woes. It was called The Unofficial Hot Rod Deluxe Owner's Manual. It describes a lot of the issues with the amp and how to repair it. It's a great source of information and helped me out many, many times. Here's the link. It's in a Zip file and something I think every owner of an older HRDlx should have.

Nice. I always liked Ampeg amps. Thanks for sharing the direct link to Justin's info. His stuffs been up then down then shared as PDF's then up again. I've been sharing his info for years. It's funny, you still get people who think the HRDlx is the greatest thing to mankind since the invention of the wheel. Like I've always said, these problems have been documented. If you ride them hard you might have issues. If they stay at home don't get moved around ans stay biased cold, they could last for years. Mine only lasted for months.

BB keep us posted on the Ampeg. The PC boards way back were awesome. Didn't matter what you bought, if it had a board, they were usually thick with huge traces. I still have some stereo gear from the 70's that still functions today. It's crazy.
