If you are looking for a good speaker don't waste money on the Italian made Jensen's, go with a good quality speaker. Weber, Kendrick, or even Warehouse.

You might like this one. I used the 4 ohm version in a 1x12 cab with a TRRI in a head cab and it sounds awesome:

I would put a C Rex speaker in there. Once I discovered the sweetness of hemp cones, paper always sounds a little flat to me.

For live gigging, I've used the Celestion V30 for great results. At home, for just playing, I put an Emi Cannabis Rex in it for the smoothness and low end response. Overall, if you don't mind the weight added, get the Emi Swamp thing, absolutely the best for the DRRI. The bonus with the Swamp thing is added volume.

The celestion v30 is a great speaker for the DRRI. I've had one in mine for about four months. With a les paul through an ocd you get that classic British flavor that we are all accustomed to. The bass is tight, the highs are smooth and the mid hump they are known for works well on clean settings on the DRRI. it works well with a strat as well.
Just today I got a great deal on a c rex and just finished installing it. I read a lot of great reviews about this speaker so decided to give it a try. So far so good, gonna give it about 40 to 50 hours of play to break it in and see where it stands then. But I have to say that so far I am impressed. The initial assessment is just what all the reviews say, warm smooth and retains highs without being piercing.
Another option to consider is the private jack. I heard a few clips and was surprised with what I heard. I must add, if your after that vintage classic deluxe reverb tone, the weber 12f150 is a great option as is a vintage jensen c12n/p12n.

Good hunting,
Peace.

For Webers: 12A125A (good enough for a tweed deluxe, will sound great in a DRRI)

For Warehouse: G12A alnico (for classic chime)

For Kendrick: Blackframe 12 (about as close as you can get to a true Jensen C12N)

For my money I would go with the Kendrick, they sound fantastic and once broken in a lot like a very good vintage Jensen.

Too bad you're not close Jeffp I have a pair of 8ohm C-rex sitting here doing nothing and they both have some hours on them.( not for sale by the way)

I find the C-rex to be more of a Tweed tone, however I have used them in DRRI's and they tame the bright cap and sound excellent on the reverb side, Still think for the $ the Swamp Thang is my #1 DRRI speaker

It really depends on the specific sound you want, tight way up the dial ? the 150 watt swamp thang doest it very well and has the American Rock N Blues tone down pat !
Looser, warmer = C-Rex

Vintage tone = Vintage Jensen P12n or Weber 12A12o
Vintage tone ceramic = Weber 12F150

British = get a vox or a marshall LOL

The Weber 12A125A is what I have in my 5e3 clone that I built. Better than good enough in my opinion. It gives me what I want and expect and much more. Something about those Alnico magnets. It's right up there with the Vintage Jensen P12n. The Weber sounds huge. Nice tight bottom end and clean top end sizzle.
I also have a Weber Sig 8 in my 76 Champ and it was the biggest improvement I ever made in that amp.

I briefly had an Italian made Jenson and got rid of it. It lacked a nice balance of bottom end which I found flabby and the top end sounded brittle to me. The Jenson MOD series are a joke too. Not bad in a cigar box guitar amp though. YMMV

It's all about your ears and what you like.
