Re: 1997 Fender "Twin Amp" amplifier
Can anyone tell me which two valves are for the reverb--if you can tell me the actual physical location based on the where the the Main output tubes are I will find them, if you tell me P1 P2 etc I wont as I dont know the positions.
Standing at the back of the amp looking down on it(as if looking through the top) the valves are positioned
12ax7a --12ax7a--12at7--12at7--12at7--12at7
12ax7a---12at7 then 6l6--6l6--6l6--6l6

thanks

It it the right schematic ? With printed circuit board ?

Reverb tubes are V7 A-B ( 12AT7 and V5 A ( 12AX7 )

Your V5 A is not the good one

Are you sure it is reverb ? Noise coming from reverb ?

If you put reverb vol to "0 " did you hear noise from reverb ?

1- Remove both tubes and listen
No nose ;

2- Put 2 know good tubes

With reverb volume on "0" there is still a noise -- it sounds like a reverb valve
