Probably a question that's been asked 100 times, but I couldn't find the answer after a few searches in the forum. If I've missed, and this is a repeat, accept my apologies as a new-be.

What current model Fender amplifiers are actually made/assembled in the USA? I realize most of the components are probably sourced from China, but does Fender assemble any of their amplifiers in the USA still and are they marked 'Made in the USA'. I'm specifically interested in the Vintage Reissue 65' Deluxe Reverb, the Limited Edition Bordeaux Blues '65 DR, and 65' Princeton Reverb amps.

I realize there is some good stuff being made in China, but would prefer to buy Made in the USA if I can. I would also prefer hand-wired, but I'm assuming this only comes with the Custom Shop Amps these days. If anyone has opinions on hand-wired vs circuit board, I would be interested in that too.

Much appreciated.

The discussion of hand wired vs. PC boards has been discussed ad-nauseum here and across the Internet and will probably be as long as people have belly buttons. It is said that if PC boards were available to Leo Fender when he started building amps he would have used them. PC board construction has about 50 years of history. Over time technology improves. Yes, you can get some crummy work on PC boards. But hand-wired is not exempt from this. EVERY hand-wired amp will have some small differences, mostly unimportant, but different. And they are more subject to human error during construction. There is more consistency in PC board assemblies, so a well designed board in the first place will result in outstanding, consistently good quality amp-to-amp. You will never find a modern computer or television that is hand wired. In fact, aside from home-brewed ham radio gear and guitar amps, hand-wired anything is hard to find. (Not impossible but very rare).

Forgot to mention: I'm 99% sure the 65 Reissue Twin Reverb, Deluxe Reverb, Princeton Reverb, and the Super Sonic series are all built in the USA. I hear the 68 Custom amps are made in Mexico. Hopefully Monday AM Alan Willey will join this thread and clarify for us. :)

There are Printed circuit board and ....Printed circuit board .

Leo was a repairman ,all he want to built must be easy to fix.

PC "a la Marshall " , like some old Marshall use are tough / solid and mouting on the chassis is a good desing . Easy to work on .

Not like Fender do on amps like Hot Rod Deluxe , Deville and many more that need too much time just to access to printed circuit to replace part. If you fix amps , you know what I mean.
Leo will not do that.

Hand wire made amps are the best one to work on and though and solid too .

If you held one of those modern PCB's you'd laugh. Limper than a.. limp object. A complete POS.

My 89 Bluesbreaker RI has a PCB similar to the Marshalls of the 70's. Military grade stuff.. even if it isn't handwired I can at least be confident that it is solidly constructed.
