This is my 2nd Blues Deville Reissue. I traded it for another one because there was a loud hum in the clean channel. It also had a cut in the trace at C53. When I got my new one one, it had the same cut in the board, and buzzing on the clean channel. The overdrive channel was silent compared to the clean.

Is this an official change? Not sure if its causing the buzzing, but since two different copys did it, I assume they wanted it this way.

It's possible that the interrupted trace is one of many circuit revisions that particular amp has undergone during the course of its production cycle and it may be unrelated to your hum/buzz issue. You should take the amp to an authorized Fender service center and have them inspect it and perform a full-function bench check.

Yes if you don't have the experience to fix it go to an authorised fender service shop! Trying to fix NEW amps on a forum is counter productive. That is why they have warranties. May only be bad tube but let them fix it under warranty or if you happen to have some good tubes you could try switching out to see if you find a working solution.
