Though I already have a Hot Rod Deluxe III amp,...and a '59 Bassman LTD Vintage Reissue amp on the way here,...I needed one more piece of gear as far as amps are concerned. Yep,...I bought me a little Fender Champion 20 amp this afternoon. Why? I wanted a small lightweight low wattage practice amp I could easily move from room to room without having to lug the bigger amp around all the time. I felt that the Champion 20 would be a much higher quality small practice amp than the Frontman 10G,..which I damn near bought instead. My amp buying is done,...I won't need ANYMORE amps for a long, long time! As far as another guitar is concerned,I have an Ocean Turquoise Lone Star Strat picked out,...but it's going to wait awhile! :D :D :D :D I LOVE Strats! :D

        My music/utility room is not big enough to house
that many more amps unless I stumbled on a bunch of little vintage Fender Champs and Deluxes that I could stack on top of one another! Now if I had a bigger house with a bigger music/radio room,it might be possible! For the three amps I have now,...it's enough to keep me occupied at the moment! I need at least two more guitars,...Strats,of course!

No problem! I have a couple amps at my two daughters houses so I have one when I go there. One in PA and one in Florida and also a guitar. Time to set up in the Living Room!

I bought a Champion 40 for my son-in-law and it's a nice little amp. I was quite impressed with the tone. All of my amps are tube with a Deluxe Reverb as my main amp but I have to say the Champion appears to be a pretty good amp for the money.
