Hello

I have just brought over a US Supersonic 22 head to find that the existing transformer cannot be re-wired to operate in a 240v environment. So I need to replace the transformer, but where can I get one in UK, plus are there other standard (i.e. not whacky!) mod's recommended while surgery is being performed?

thanks and regards

On schematic it look that you can rewire Power T for 240 volts . Or it is not for all Suprsonic 22 ?

That 240v PT on the schematic has a different PN to the domestic version and looks like the part needed but i guess you know that already!

Another option is to get a 240/110 transformer from somewhere like Maplins of the appropriate current rating and just use its o/p into the primary of the existing transformer. Probabaly the most cost effective method to try.
