Never used one. Just seems to me that a pedal is more convenient. This thing gets hard wired into one guitar & you need batteries. It's probably not all that easy to install either. Pedals can be swapped around & can do w/o batteries. Plus the market is so flush w/pedals you can get any OD pedal at any price range to suit you. JMHO

Am I missing something? All I see on that board are four capacitors, four connectors, one trim pot, and a double switch.
