No thanks.

There's something amiss with that ad. I have never seen a real red lettered black plate Raytheon (even NOS) with such pristine lettering. Pins looked bent, used. Besides, if you hunt long enough you can find real Raytheon windmill getter NOS 5751, for less.

Typical NOS lettering looks like this:

What does "smooth" and "lush" sound like?

I get visions of a sloe-gin fizz with one of them little umbrella thingies perched on the side of the glass.

I can get a good used Leupold for that and enjoy some medium rare backstraps while playing through my JJ 12AX7's. (Well,....... maybe some RCA's)

$229? I had no idea they were worth so much. I just threw away four of these exact tubes last week. They worked fine, I just didn't have the space. Just threw them in the trash.

Honestly, the Raytheon BP 12AX7 does not stand way above a lot of other good 12AX7's. Their mil spec 12AX7A are very good 7025 substitutes. Wire-wound heater.

The Raytheon windmill or square getter BP 5751 are heads-&-shoulders above most 5751's. And you can get low-mileage, NOS windmill getter variety for under $240 per pair. Not $240 each.

As 12AX7/ECC83, the Munich, Siemens/Halske E83CC is nice tube.

As far well as, the Tesla E83CC. Both S/H and Tesla can be bought for under $200 each.
