:(
at my last gig my supersonic twin refused to work it had a vers very low vol and totaly distorted ...
i turned her over and found the auto bias was blank (the 4 leds) but the vertical diodes where all on and the top one red..
i did a reset by holding the up and down switches at the same time while powering on.. then all the horizontal diodes where red...

i thought at first a valve had lost its seating during transport so i looked behind the removable cove ... looks as if a pair of tubes are not lighting up ... they are a pair of 12 a?? tubes ... not power amp but pre or the other two for what ever they are for ..
..
i have read that the auto bias has had issues ... can anyone help...

Replace all tubes with good quality ones, make sure they're inserted properly and seated well. Turn the amp on with standby applied, wait two minutes and then switch the amp on. See if the bias is then working properly, if not, do another reset on it.

If this doesn't fix it, you'll need to see a technician.

Good luck, G.
