Your output section , transistors, look to be OK Trouble other section / circuit .

Problem in other circuit . you have to isolate some circuits . Not easy with PC Board . And have to read voltages when bulb light is dim and when it full bright

Power supply output +16 / -16 ; disconnet it from the amp circuits , read voltage with light bulb.
1- Is the light bulb stay dim or "full" bright ?
Full Bright , trouble in power supply . Read voltage , must drop below -16 /+16

Dim ; try to connect one circuit or half on the amp . repeat test 1

This will take lots of time or to be lucky
