Could the 65 Deluxe Reverb Head be used with a 4 x10 cabinet?

So long as the total system impedance of the 4 x 10 cab were 8 ohms, yes.

Yes!

You can use it plugged in to the extension jack along with the internal speaker, or unplug the internal and use just the 4x10 plugged into the main speaker jack. You'll get the most power from the amp with an 8 ohm total speaker load, so an 8 ohm 4x10 would give you that, but the sound can still be good using the cab and internal speaker together.

The Deluxe Reverb head has no internal speaker.

I totally missed the "head" part.

Which makes the question kind of....odd.

It seemed pretty straightforward to me......
