The initial responses are for the OP, who started this thread, asking about the SS Twin. You've kind of hijacked the thread ruger9. :|

Its still out of the circuit when the volume control is maxed.

Right, so... if the volume is NOT maxed (which is how it's used 100% of the time lol, nobody maxes the volume)... this bright cap is affecting the normal channel.... but is it affecting the FAT channel? (on the 22 the 2 vintage channels are "normal" and "fat", not "vintage" and "showman" or whatever.

I posted the schematics. Read them.

That sorta depends upon who's on the guest list.

I'd be thrilled to party with Bill and his associates from work. Hell, I prolly know some of them already. But it's a very select group of professionals and few outside 'the circle' are even aware of them or their affiliations, let alone what they do.

I returned this morning from a week of business travel where I was working 16 hour days. After work (usually 1:00 am PDT) I took the time to answer your questions and post the schematics (I get to go back in another week for more of the same. I might not be so generous with my time then.). I don't think it unreasonable to expect you to expend a little effort to study the material that you were provided instead of handing everything to you on a platter. If you don't know how to read a schematic, maybe you should learn before you go sticking your hands inside an amp.
