I have too many Amps...

I know... I know... one can NEVER have too many Amps.

But between my 2013 Peavey Delta Blues 115, my 2012 Bugera V5, my '73 SF Princeton Reverb and my '67 BF Deluxe, (Ooops... forgot my 2011 Orange Crush 20L which I use w/ my percussion pedal) I haven't fired up my '96 Fender Princeton Chorus 2X10 in 14 mos.

Plan on selling it. It's a '96 Fender Princeton Chorus 2X10 (60th Anniversary Medallion - Made in Corona, CA USA) - 9.5/10 condition (maybe even 10/10 w/ Footswitch & cover).

Checking my local CL, I see 4 of these (all Mexico) for sale w/ a low of $200 (6/10) to a high of $350 (8/10 and very optiomistic IMHO). On eBay, 3 of these (mixed origin) are currently ranging from $200 - $350.

I bought it 20 mos. ago for waay south of the lowest price of any of the ones currently offered, but still I want to get the most I can so I can fund future gear.

What do people think of this Amp ? What should I ask as an opening price for it (I'll also add an OBO to allow negotiation)?

TIA !

cheers!

I would look at the completed listings on eBay for an assessment of what people will actually pay. The asking prices are sometimes optimistic and no real indication of worth.

Two hundred bucks -- $225, tops.

+1

These are pretty good solid state amps. Pretty well built and the chorus was pretty good on these. Good luck with selling it.
