I want to gravitate out of my 20 Watt solid state Crate amp. and buy a 15 watt tube Fender amp.

Can someone explain the hierarchy of the Fender Blues Junior Pro and the Hotrod deluxe III ?
What are the differences? Do both have reverb?

If they don't have reverb. Is there a good pedal to get?

Also, what good reverb/effects pedals are on the market and affordable?

Thanks for your time!

The Blues Jr and the HR Deluxe both feature on-board reverb. The Blues Pro does not. The Blues Jr and the Pro Jr both produce 15 watts with the former pushing a 12-inch speaker and the latter a ten. The HR Deluxe is a 40-watt platform, with a single 12-inch driver and provisions to drive a second 8-ohm speaker. Of the three, the HR Deluxe has the most comprehensive tone stack with treble, middle, bass, and presence controls, plus a bright switch.

Thanks Bluesky and Retroverbial. I do value the professional advice here. Again I am a novice. I am not a professional musician by far. However, my playing has improved. I don't know if I have the budget for the Deluxe. Do you know what good used one would sell for.....I can check the forums and other guitar shop websites too.

On Craig's List and Ebay I've seen the Blues Jr's going for as little as $325. Around $425 to $475 for the older HR Deluxe's.

The Hotrod 112 enclosure is just a 12" speaker in a cab used as an extention speaker for an amp. There's no amplification in it.
