I don't think so. I tried it at the home of the seller and there was no ratteling when I tried it there. 30 min. Later when I plugged it in at home the ratteling started.

I removed the reverb tank and played through it and the ratteling was still there. So it are not the tubes and not the reverb. What else could it be? It seems to come from the left speaker (when the back is facing toward you). The screws from the speaker are tight.

What about Baffle screws , Transformers screws........

Maybe... Tomorrow I'll call a tech. I hope that it is nothing too expensive...

I second the notion that it very well could be something in your room. Many of us have had those type of rattling noises that sounded like they were surely coming from the amp, only to finally discover that it was; a door on the entertainment center, a file cabinet, a closet door, a bowl on a table, a picture on the wall, etc.

After making sure that all screws are tight, try the amp in another room, or even another house. Those 2x12s can generate a lot of bass frequencies that can rattle a great deal of things, even at low volume.

Por favor, disculpe mi español, no se llega a la práctica con mucha frecuencia.
