Hey dude, do a search above for a blues junior in this forum and you'll find a wealth of information about the BJ. Welcome to the brotherhood.

I love my Blues Junior. IMO it's the best Fender tube amp under $1,000.00. Extra master volume knob is very nice for getting a tube saturated tone without having to blow your neighbors out.

I am fairly new to the guitar world and I have only had my Blues Jr for about a month. I had been reading reviews and comparing lower wattage tube amps since Jan. and decided on the Blues Jr. Wow do I enjoy using it. In my opinon, dollar for dollar, tone for tone, its tough to beat. There quit a few amp demos on you tube in which one music retailer demo at different settings and explains feature of several amps. but there nothing like try one out.

My Blues Jr NOS is the best amp I've ever owned. Its a clean amp that sounds good with a Tube Screamer and some flange. However, my Boss DS1 Distortion doesn't sound good through this amp at all. If want to play hard distortion metal, I guess I'll need to fire up the old Sidekick Reverb 35.

My style over the past few years has been venturing more toward blues and older classic rock, so this amp is perfect for me. Don't let the low 15 watts spec fool you. Its plenty loud.

Being a Fender Lover I don't know why I resisted the Blues Jr. I recently picked up one and just cracked it open. Let it warm up for 1/2 an hour and fell in Love. Quack quack quack, and all the sparkle one can ask for. Needless to say I love it. Actually I want to build a stack of em!

No need for the stack. Just mic it to a good PA system and you're good to go.
