weird thing is when I play at say 3 volume and have a nice lower clean tone then hit the bogner pedal its quite louder hmm thats in the custom channel. Vintage channel with the SG guitar set on cleans really sounds awesome, maybe I need a channel switcher? Wont have any loud time soon. These speakers with pedals have a little ruff top end. My BLDX had eminence GB (greenback type) very smooth top end. Its weird because the cleans are warm. Amp prb needs some serious volume blasting time:) I did read that when you turn up the treble comes down with the bright switch on and I dont like it off.

I turned my pedals down to 9 o clock, better warm tones now! Weird because my old amp the BLDX I had the volume set at 10 or so. Higher wattage amp maybe causing this?

More likely the difference in pre-amp architecture and/or the tone stacks.
