Now I know it's not worth repairing a practice amp like this. But I can't afford a new amp and have to rely on this little bastard for the time being. It would be a great deal of help if someone could give me the specs on what kind of fuses the Frontman 15G uses, so I can start playing again my Starto again.

You need to access the fuse holder, which is under the IEC power cord connector. Pry open the holder GENTLY with a small flat-head screwdriver. The fuse is a fast-blow 500mA (0.5 amp) Type F glass fuse --- for 120VAC outlets.
