Hi!

i recently bought the Voodoo Lab Control Switcher. With it and a MIDI foot controller (like Rocktron´s MIDI Mate) it´s possible to make Amp switch presets to avoid "river dance"-like changes
i set it up today and it works 75%. I can make Programm Change presets (say, disable Drive channel and enable Chorus and Delay with one button) and i can use Control Changes for en/disabling individual fx of the amp.

Now there´s one problem: i mentioned that the amp´s reverb is always on, when nothing (all four fx, Rev, Chorus, Delay, DriveCh) is on. The Reverb is off when at least one of the other FX is on. Then i can enable the reverb and it works like it should. I hope you understand what i mean - simple said: i can´t have a dry clean channel with this setup because en/disabling reverb seems to work different than the other switches.

btw. if you have no switcher attached on the amp (not even the original one) the reverb is also always on...

Does anybody have a clue how to get this working?
Thanks in advance
Claus

To be honest, your post makes no sense. I have no idea what it is you are trying to achieve.

+1

Prolly why FMIC tossed in the towel and discontinued these amps.

After smacking myself in the head with a shovel, I think i understand the OP.

It sounds like the reverb switch needs to be the opposite of the other switches. In other words, if the reverb is always on, you would "enable" the reverb switch to turn it off. If the factory foot-switch works to switch the reverb, then the problem lies with the programming of the Voodoo switcher.
