It has to be something wrong with the power supply then... it looks like a good idea to check the C31, C33, C35, C36... what else can cause that voltage drop? When all tubes are out the voltage on B+ is 448VDC... add single tube and you got a voltage drop... why?

Yes .

But a basic electronic knowledge is a must , if not you can do some damage to your amp , a printed circuit amp is easy to damage and the worst you can hurt or kill yourself.

A hot Rod is not the better amp to begin. Any with a printed circuit.

IMO it is the time to see a qualified tech . Too much thing do not work in same time on your amp to have a sense.
