I have a 65 twin reverb reissue. It will not power up. no pilot light, no tubes, nothing. External and internal fuses are good. Power transformer reads 120v coming to primary, secondary reads red=340v, green=6.3v, brown=50v. Output transformer blue and brown = 78 ohms, B+and blue =40 ohms, B+ and brown = 38 ohms. All four heater resistors read 470uf. any ideas??? thanks

What do you mean? Resistors should read ohms, not farads.

If you really have 6.3 volts from the heater circuit, this indicates that the pilot lamp itself is burned out. But, more importantly, forget about the ohms of the transformer and stick to voltage readings. Referencing the schematic, check voltages at all points indicated and see if you have comparable readings. Start with the DC voltages, indicated by the rectangular boxes, and for now skip the voltages indicated within the ovals as they are AC voltages with a signal injected into the input of the amp.

If you have all of the DC supply voltages, B+, Z, Y, X, then check those voltages at the tubes Plates indicated by the same letters above each tube's Plate, and check that you have the 6.3 volts AC at each tube for the heaters.

This might be an obvious question, but is the standby switch on (in the play position)?

I figured it out. nothing more than a bad fuse clip on the pc board. fuse was good but would not pass current through the holder.
