I am a worship leader at a small church in Peachtree City, GA, and I have a Fender Frontman 65r. Joker is CRAZY LOUD and basically unusable in our space (and any other space for that matter). To solve this problem, I am planning on purchasing the 'little black amp box' from JHS pedals (check it out: http://www.jhspedals.com/products/guita ... k-amp-box/ ).

However, it would be BEST if I could plug straight into our system. I could go from the 'pre out' into my Radial J48, and from there to the LBAB, back into the 'Pwr in.'

Here are my questions:

1) will this approach work?

2) would it be better to cut the wire going to the speaker, and solder TS ends on them, and plug it into something like the Jet City jettenuator? ( http://www.jetcityamplification.com/201 ... ttenuator/ )

Your thoughts are appreciated!

Attenuator work great and do the job. I have the one made by Weber.

Hi thejimturner,

You can use the "Preamp Out" from the amp, and it's not necessary to plug back into the "Power Amp In", the amp will work normally this way, and you can turn the amp up or down, and control the signal into your system, still having output from the amp.

Por favor, disculpe mi español, no se llega a la práctica con mucha frecuencia.
