Hi yall!

I´ve had my Fender for about 4-5 months now. I´m over the top pleased with it and love the sound, looks and pure coolness of the thing. One problem has occured in the last couple of weeks tho. The screws holding the thing together starts loosening and you can hear a rattle noise in different places. I tighten the screws and it goes away, but they shake loose in a couple of hours again. What can be done to this? It´s starting to bother me when it happens again and again. Even the little "Fender Hot Rod" tin-sign on the front has begun to make a ratling sound the last days..

Anyone have this problem? And any suggestions to what can be done?

Shake loose??? The tin fender label is making a rattling sound??? :?

What the hell are you doing to your amp to cause it to shake apart.

HAH, I'm stumped on this one.

Seems like the screws or screw holes are striped.
Sometimes you can use inserts in the screw holes & replace the screws.
I don't recommend using bigger screws because things
can crack or become distorted (no pun intened).

What screws come loose? If you see an earlier thread , I complain about a buzzing sound I get ONLY when I play LOW notes with the volume up over 4 1/2. It might be the pre-amp tubes or sockets?????? I can't figure it out. I cranked all screws down hard. Even had the cab and speaker (Celestion 30) replaced by Fender......still buzzes when cranked. Does NOT buzz when played at 4 or lower. I love the sound/look of the amp. I even bought the extension cab. Sounds great until I crank it up. How loud are you playing?
