So the reverb on the bdr blows and I want to replace it. Can I replace it with any reverb tank? What would you recommend I replace it with? I like deep surf reverb.

Before you spend money on a new tank, there is a simple mod you can make to the reverb control that improves the sound.

Remove C52 or R103 (or both for that matter) from the reverb control circuit. They are effectively a "bright cap" circuit which will make the reverb brighter sounding as it is turned down. Removing them will give a deeper tone. It is slight, but noticeable.

"sucks"lol I actually dont use mine anymore because I use pedals for my dirt. With the reverb shut off with switch only and not turned down the pedals sound better. Just like keeping the drive channel all the way off, it does affect it in a way. I use a wampler faux echo for my delay/reverb sound and it works awesome.

Id rather buy a new tank because they are way cheaper than a pedal. When i put it on max it sounds like my super champs reverb on 3
