Finally my good old Fender Bronco tweed amp got the plastic input jack broken.
The service manual says PART # 037036 JACK PHONE PCB MONO CA PREMIUM.

What would be the right choice for an easy fit metal input jack replacement?
How should the leads be identified to put in which place?

Any info would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Yep, that´s the original plastic input jack, now broken.
I´m looking for the correct metal replacement.

Early this year I bought from Billm website a metal switchcraft input jack for my Blues Junior, not sure if that will work and not sure how to identify the leads in order to solder on board. :?

There is no "correct" metal replacement jack. The factory jack is isolated from the front panel and grounded through the PCB. Since it solders directly to the PCB, you would be better off just replacing the broken jack with the factory replacement. The original lasted this long, a new one will probably outlast the amp.

If you have an ohmmeter, check your broken jack once removed from the amp, with a guitar cable plugged into the jack and nothing connected to the other end of the cable. Measure continuity from each pin on the jack to the unconnected cable end. One pin on the jack will connect to the sleeve, one pin will connect to the tip and the other pin is not connected to anything. The jack that you mentioned having for a BJr will connect to the board the same way with some short wires soldered from jack to board, just check the connections of the new jack the same way. As mentioned, if using a metal replacement jack, be sure to isolate the jack from the chassis with washers specifically made for this.
