So I went to a new music store in town and stumbled upon the FM212R. Never really played one before but it was pretty friggin sweet! Only cost 269, clearance.

Anyway, in looking online for the amp it seems that the FM212R has been discontined and now is replaced by the Frontman 212R. The only difference I can tell so far is the price tag, the Frontman is $60 more, and it has a silver grille as opposed to the black on the FM. Seems like FM is just the lower leverl Frontman.

Anyone else have any insight as far as the difference? Difference in specs maybe? 269 is a really good deal for the FM, but if there's a real difference in the amps I would consider getting the Frontman. That silver grille is pretty good lookin but i dont know about $60 worth of good looking :D
