Hello All,

I completed my blues jr. head today,
took me about 6 hrs. no soldering and
$7 in parts.

I still must apply a finish to the oak
enclosure I made. When it looks good
I'll post photos.

This was super easy and a lot of fun.
Quite a bit of sawdust in the parlor{not a good thing}.

Cheers.

Hey Chet,

I suppose next I'll tackle
a matching speaker enclosure.

That'll be my June project.

Cheers.

Excellent! The wood makes a big difference in how your amp will sound.
Are you going to stay with the stock speaker?

Hi Chet,

Yes, a speaker change is in the future.
Probably July, as we have a pretty big
guitar show happening nearby on July 13 &14
I'll see whats offered there.

Right now I'm just happy I got this thing
done in a few hours.

Cheers.

Hello All,

Blues jr. is back together as a combo
while I do some final adjustments,
sanding and applying the finish.
I'll have photos by monday next.

Chet, I'll be keeping those Scumbacks in mind.

Cheers.

Ah, so here we're "Mr. Bill."

Don't know how easy that will be to get used to.

Hello Bluestube,

A few more days I'll have some
photos. This "finishing" took a bit of
a bad turn over the weekend.

I'm under a full head of steam to
complete.

Cheers.

Sorry, Bill.
Just meant that in most other places you're "BillM," that's all.
no offense intended.
