Not the run of the mill cab design to be sure. You have to be into a retro look to like it I guess. I kind of like it myself. I mean it doesn't really put me off. :)

I think they look great! Definitely different from all those other boring black boxes.

I like the looks of the Brown ones. Their looks fit their retro sound. However, the colored ones are ugly, I agree.

I saw one on eBay someone's turned into a hand-wired 5E9 Tremolux circuit - interesting choice but should sound pretty good!

It's OK to have one of each....no laws against it.

If I had the room and the money for all four of those amps,...believe me,...I would buy them tomorrow,...but I can only choose one,...and that is the Blues Deluxe Re-issue!

+1 I just wouldn't lump the Blues Deluxe/DeVille in the same catagory. The Bassman, Bandmaster, and Deluxe and 5F1 Champs are the originals. I built a 5e3 clone that makes me drool every time I plug it in. Tweed goes way deeper than just the covering on the amp. But Yeah, the Excelsior does nothing for me.

Sorry but they actually look cool to me.
They sound good too, but not with all my guitars.
Great with my Les Paul with humbuckers, and even nice with my start, but my P90 les Paul sounds harsh. I need to get the tone control mod I guess.

The cabinet is the only thing I like about. It would be sweet to put something else in it.
