Passed 4 on the fender reverb it gets quite noisy any way of taming this? i have upgraded the RCA leads also? and upgraded my power lead and speaker leads

But you didn't bother to change the things that will actually make a real difference in noise level, namely V2 and V3?

It's quiet when the reverb is off? I thought the 12at7 looked after the verb?

Is the problem with the reverb getting noisy when the reverb control is turned above 4 or the amp overall gets noisy when the volume is turned above 4?

Then I suggest you try replacing either or both of V2 and V3. V2 (12AT7) is the reverb driver and V3 (12AX7) is the receiver.
