What about people on the forum? Greetings from Mexico, well tell them to buy a month ago Fender Frontman 65R Amplifier, what happens is that I connect to the mains, switch it on and I Get Started playing, everything seemingly going well, only if you keep playing a couple of minutes "crashes", I pass about 15 seconds and "unlocks" and starts ringing.
The truth is annoying, apparently all is well, I have come to think that is the outlet of my house, so that conventional current in Mexico in homes is 110 Watts and the back of the amp says requires 180W, not if it affects something.
I hope you can help me

The house current in Mexico (at least in the northern state of Sonora) is 120 volts, 60 Hz -- the same as in the US. I live right near the Mexican frontier and I know many families in Agua Prieta, Naco, and Nogales who buy their major household appliances in the US and have no problems whatsoever using them in their homes across the border.

There's something wrong with your amp -- return it for repair or exchange.

Welcome to the Forum! Are you sure the max output of your home is 110 watts? The chepaest Honda gas generator makes 1000 watts.

More important, what is the Hz rating of that power transformer? Does Mexico use 50Hz? Only PT rated for 50Hz or 50/60Hz can be use with 50Hz power sources.

Apparently everything is in order and most likely a bad thing amplifier, I think it should be an amplification transistor working poor who walks or a speaker cable that has poor contact. Take it to warranty.
