OK, here is the deal, I have an Egnater Tweaker 15 Head that I hook up my Zoom G5 in the Effects loop on the mono left side. I then have an AmpBridge Y connecter on the Right out of the Zoom G5 and feed two lines into a stereo rack rig. Works superb and I have a stereo half tube half solid state monster tone. Even my overdrives that I am feeding into the front of the amp are coming through the rack rig.

If I do the same exact hookup with my Blues Deluxe, I am not getting any sound to the rack rig, but sound to the Blues Deluxe and the Zoom G5 works great in the effects loop of the Blues Deluxe.

:?

Where is your guitar connected? Could you better explain all of your connections?

The Blues Deluxe does not work the same as the Tweaker 15 if I just plug the guitar straight into the input jack. Tweaker, great sound with the Zoom on both sides. Blues Deluxe only have sound on the Left side, but I did notice a very low signal on the right side by the activity lights on my power amp in the rack rig.

For the Zoom G5 I am just hooking the the effects send into the input of the Zoom, where you usually hook the guitar and the Left output of the Zoom into the effects return of the tube amps. I have the Right side of the Zoom out going to my rack rig.

It could be the difference between the loops' impedances. And/or your connection scheme is not quite as it should be.

BDRI: Preamp out - 1.5 K ohms, Power Amp In - 54 K ohms
Tweaker: Effects Send - 600 ohms, Effects Return - 220K ohms

I'm still not clear about how you have things connected. Guitar into BDRI? If so, what is the Y connector into the "stereo rack rig" for? If guitar is into one amp, you only need one output from your rack to the other amp. It seems that you might have some unnecessary connections. Just because one amp works this way doesn't necessarily mean that it's connected properly. :?:

The Y connector is on the Right out of the Zoom, so I can send two signals to the rack rig. The left channel of the Zoom is just going back into the power in of the tube amps.

Gutar->Amp

Effects Send From Amp->Zoom Input

Zoom Left Output->to Effects Return Loop of Amp

Zoom Right Output -|>Left Rack Rig Input
|>Right Rack Rig Input

The Rotary Speaker effects are sounding killer with the Tweaker 15 hooked up this way..
I was hoping I could get the Blues Deluxe to do the same thing.
I have an old DOD BiFET Preamp FX10. I might give that a try on the right output side of the Zoom before the Y connector and see if that will boost up the signal to the rack rig. Probably gonna be noisy as hell though..

So I stuck the DOD BiFET Preamp FX10 in the right out of the Zoom and the Y connector after that to the rack rig. That works for the Blues Deluxe well. I guess it is just sending a very low signal in the effects loop. Surprisingly it did not add any noise or hiss. Much better sound with the Blues Deluxe than the Egnater Tweaker at gig volume.

Clean as hell and the rotary sounds real good. Man this is awesome, EH Small Clone, EH Electric Mistress, Stereo Delay to the Rotary. That Blues Deluxe with the C-Rex definitely improves the tone.

The Egnater is going into a 1 x 12 with the old speaker I took out of the Blues Deluxe. The rack rig is going into a 2 x12 with two 16ohm Texas Heats. I also have a Rane Dual 15 Band EQ before the power amp in the rack rig.

Cool, that's all that matters. What is the "rack rig" and how are you using it? Is it an effects rack for one of the amps?

This is the setup I am working with...

The rack rig is a Rane 15 Dual Band EQ, QSC GX5 Power Amp and a 2 x12 with two 16ohm Texas Heats. I just call it friggin holy hell thats loud, for short. I do not have to turn it up much to get some good tone out of it, but the headroom is there if I need it. I mostly use it for my Fender Mustang Floor, keyboard amp, sound re-enforcement, jack hammer, small weapon of mass destruction...

It really sounds good with acoustic guitars going through the Fender Floor and it really was not that spendy to put together. And it is light. I was using a Motion Sound KP-200S Keyboard Amp before which was spendy and friggin weighed a ton.

I have been working on some Gilmour rhythm tones with the Rotary sims and a few other pedals, so I have been testing out a setup for that. Hoping to do a live show with it in the near future..
