I recently bought a Fender FSR '65 Deluxe Reverb. I have been looking for information on this amp and there does not seem to be much out there.

The Fender site says in was in limited production early last year and if I am reading correctly there were only 400 made.

Does anyone have any further information or expereince with this amp they could share?

I really love the way it looks and it does have the DR sound.

What "information" or "experience" are you referring to?

Aside from the alternative cosmetics and a different speaker it's a standard-spec DRRI chassis and cabinet.

If I recall correctly, the FSR has an alnico speaker & wine red tolex, & wheat grill cloth speaker cover. that's it. otherwise the same as the DRRI standard model.

I played last weekend with a band that does a lot of Bill Kirchen and Alsleep at the Wheel tunes.

I used the FSR '65 Dlx. and I was really happy. I do a lot of chicken pickin' stuff and that amp really honked! I am glad I got.

If I would've had a choice between my DRRI & the FSR I might have chosen the FSR as well, probably more for the looks than anything, but I'm also quite happy w/my DRRi. Enjoy your amp
