Hi

I recently bought new valves to replace the stock ones in my Princeton reverb reissue. Heres the details:
2x Philips Jan 6V6GT
3x Harma ECC83-STR
1x Mullard ECC81

Just wondering if I need to adjust the bias on the amp to facilitate the new valves?
Many thanks!

Yes.

R22 is the bias pot. TP16 and TP17 are the bias test points. Turn the vibrato intensity pot all the way down. You MUST also measure the plate voltage on the power tubes (TP15 and TP18)to calculate the idle plate dissipation. Shoot for somewhere between 50% and 70% of maximum plate dissipation.
