This amp is awesome. The tweed is similiar in color to the 59 LTD Bassman. Leather Handle. Limited Edition Badge with only 150 pieces made. Jensen P12Q Alnico Speaker (I added the speaker bell and white chicken head knobs) Came with 2 Button Footswitch and Amp Cover !!!

Fender had it biased at 57mv so I increased it to 68mv - much warmer tone.

Tone and looks to match - get one while you can !!!

Here is a link to the Fender specs: http://www.fender.com/en-US/products/limited-edition-blues-deluxe-smoky-tweed-fsr

Enjoy the pics :)

Very nice and only 150 of them. Great price for a collector amp. Congratulations of owning one. Enjoy.

Nice man! I wish I seen that one 2 weeks ago when I got mine:) Nice to have the Jensen in it, im deciding to keep the stock eminence or what. I was told by a dealer that the groove tubes are like 5th handed down tubes, EH gets there best selected then goes down the line to the next manufacture and they sort out there best and so on.

groove tube gets the last of the pick through's i guess. Say EH screens there best tubes and keeps them and another manufacture screens through them for 2nd best and so on.

Your dealer doesn't know what he is talking about.

Electro-Harmonix owns their own tube manufacturing facilities.

Groove Tubes buys their tubes from several different manufacturers and screens and grades them on their own.

Each company is most definitely independent of one another. It's important to analyze critically what any sales person tries to pitch to you.

But do enjoy your amp

theres a Russian plant and a chinese plant that make tubes, pretty much 2 plants in operation today. EI is down for now, the rest are relabeled Russian or Chinese. Im sure you know that. im just saying that EH has a better pick of tubes over Groove tubes,Sovteks ect.. alll the same but quality is better from one another

Sorry, but you don't know what you are talking about.

Have you forgotten JJ Electronics?

Jeez, you are totally clueless. JJ is NOT formally Tesla. That is an internet legend. JJ bought some equipment from Tesla but they are not now nor have they ever been a part of or in any way associated with Tesla. I suggest you quit while you are behind.

I wouldn't go so far as to say the JJ 83 "sucks", it's a useful tube for smoothing out an overly bright amp and removing harshness. Just a matter of recognising where it works and where it doesn't.

Nice looking amp waswell.

I think my thread got hijacked. Who cares about tubes? JJ vs GT vs whatever?

I just wanted to share my joy of owning an amp. Thought others would like to see this limited edition because I've never seen a pic of these anywhere on the internet.
