When I got my Deluxe Reverb RI, the reverb would feed back if I turned it too high. I loosened the screws holding the tank to the bottom of the amp and the problem was gone. Now it's feeding back again no matter how loose the tank is. When I use my white '60's Kustom 2x12 cab instead of the internal speaker, the reverb never feeds back. Could it be one of the reverb tubes doing this? My '60's Pro Reverb never did this in all the years I had it.

Try GENTLY tapping V3 and V4 (12AT7 and 12AX7) with the eraser end of a pencil. A normal, ok tube may give a thud-thud noise. A microphonic tube will "tinkle" or ring. Replace microphonic tube with a known, quiet one.

For the 12AT7 reverb driver (V3), I use the Sylvania or Philips-ECG mil spec 12AT7WA (or -B, -C). These are tough, quiet tubes. That can take continuous high cathode current (common in Fender reverb drivers) and stay quiet for a long time. FWIW:
