I'm curious to buy, OR at least TRY one first but nobody here in the middle of Florida has one ... not GC not Sam Ash ... nobody. Nor does Craigslist offer any for sale used. What's up with that 40W head??

My HR DeVille has been my indoor stage amp for over 10 years now but the time has come to 'take 'er down a bit'. I've got an old Bandmaster cab that I bought from Ray Hennig in Austin TX back in the '70s and I wanna use it (date stamp inside cab is 1968). The DeVille on top of it looks dorky as hell

So, I want the Bandmaster VM head that came with that cab way back when. I still have the original Oxford speakers from that cab boxed away in storage. Currently she's filled with a pair of Ted Weber 12" ceramics totalling a 100W output. That's only because I'm using a 50w Marshall head with it periodically and the Marshall only works when dimed out.

The utube clips by Sweetwater and the other by Greg Koch are nice but do nothing for me as I want to rip it through my own hands, my own cabinets and my own guitars including an assortment of Gibsons.

So ... anybody gots one who is playing out with it :?: :?: :?: Sound clips made with no eq or effects would be wonderful!!!! :!:

That one would not be the VM, two different amps of course.

Sam Ash Clearwater had one some time back. Don't know if it is still in stock or not.

Also see if anyone has the VM Deluxe in stock. I believe it is the same amp. Of course open back vs sealed cab do make a difference.
