Thanks for the responses in advance.

I have had my reissue for about a few months straight from fender, and everything was fine, until it started to get really muddy with a loss of volume. I had a floor model prior to receiving the new one in box, and i had no issues. It gets so muddy, and has bad static sounds playing straight from the guitar, tried several cables with no change.
I had a gig, so i decided to try to re tube the amp in spite, and it fixed the problem, and sounded great for about a week. Now the problem is back, and it is doing the same thing it did before. You can strum a chord, and it sounds ok for a second or two, and then it gets really static and muddy, with a volume loss. almost as if you would cut the volume in half. I am taking the amp back, but, i just wonder what would cause this with a brand new amp.

any suggestions? i could post a video if needed..

Thanks.

Crackly, staticy sounds are typical of bad solder joints. I just troubleshot a friends 18 watt Marshall clone kit that he built. It had some really nasty crackles when played loud. Turned out that it was a loose solder joint at the tube socket terminal that connects to the input grid of V1. The solder on the wire where it connected to the tube socket terminal looked good, but when tapped with a chopstick crackled like mad. Pushing lightly on the solder joint showed that the wire was loose in the terminal. A touchup of the solder connections and poof! No more crackle.

Since your amp is new, your best bet is to take it back for repair or replacement.
