Posting this once in the correct section would have been enough.

First thing I would check is the tubes.

Without spending hundreds on a tube tester I would say buy a replacement set of tubes.

Yeah for sure powertubes would be the first place to check. If you still have the stock groove tubes just buy the same rating tubes again and put them in. If that isn't the problem we can go from there but probably tubes.

Ok if you replaced the power tubes and the amp is still not loud then you for sure have another problem. Probably a bad solder joint. That is usually the problem anyway. If you are handy with and iron you can take the back off and take the boards loose and turn it over and look very closely to all solder joints. I would look at the input joints and the solder joints for the plate load resisters on the board with the power tubes sockets. Sometimes when power tubes go bad they tubes will red-plate and burn up the solder joint to the plate load resisters. They are metal film so usually not bad but the solder joint needs to be cleaned and reflowed.

I wouldn't say a common problem with tube amps. The newer circuit board type amps are just not as reliable as the older ones. Many times though if you get a good ri fender you shouldn't have any problems for a long time.
