Let's talk about the truth. The people want to know about all the Factory Special Run stuff thats floating around out there. You got the beautiful Fender Princeton reverb in Surf Tone Blue, Surf Tone Green with one just released on musciansfriend.com in Two Tone Orange, what a beaut, although i'm not sure about the speaker in that one, altough I thnk they went for the P10R to make it a mini super reverb which they did for the surf tone blue, but I was hoping for the G10 greenback preferably.

Let's talk all about the princeton and experiment with it, with different speakers and everything, like Jim Campilongo...

With an all-black Gilmore Strat, you'll be the hit at any Halloween party.

lol good stuff.

I was wondering if anybody tried these beauties, I mean it's the same amp yeah, but the speakers is what i'm curious about. The Jensen p10r and the greenback, If I had a choice i'd probably go with the greenback just because I'm really interested in celestions, i bet that thing wails the blues, but the p10r, that seems like it would be classy. They might as well market it as a Mini Super Reverb. I just love so many eras and tones it's too hard to choose.

The Princeton Reverb is one of the finest small amps out there. The speaker choice would be a matter of personal taste really, and you would have to listen for yourself. I am usually not that picky about speakers, so for the most part I try to make whichever speaker(s) I have, work.
